Grand Mesa & Black Canyon, CO

Cow on Grand Mesa ("Are you lookin' at me?") The weather wasn't very cooperative on our drive over Grand Mesa, so we couldn't get any nice photos of the vistas. We did see a lot of livestock though!

Black Canyon National Park (Black Canyon of the Gunnison River) The sun came out as we headed south, providing better light here. We only made a brief stop, but this seemed to be a neat uncrowded park with plenty of great scenery and opportunities for hiking and camping. Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park Official Site
